REI Pilot
Terms of service
Last updated: September 14, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and NerdTech AI, a company in Kansas City, Missouri, when you subscribe to REI Pilot. By buying a subscription or logging in, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email support@goreipilot.com. They work with our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What REI Pilot is
REI Pilot is software for real estate investors. It holds your contacts and deals, tells you what to do next on each one, sends your follow up, and lets you call and text from inside the app. It works the seller leads you bring in, not leads it finds for you.
Your subscription
REI Pilot is $497 a month, billed in advance on the day you signed up. There is no setup fee and no long term contract. You can cancel any time from the billing page inside the app. Cancelling stops the next charge, and the month you already paid for runs to the end of its billing period. The rest of the detail is in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Usage that costs extra
Your plan includes a set amount of texting, calling, deal cards and cash buyer pulls each month. Past that, the extra is billed to the same account at these rates:
- 2 cents per text segment
- 3 cents per call minute
- $2 per deal card
- $1 per cash buyer pull
- $1.50 a month for each phone number after your first one
Usage is shown in the app as you go. If we ever change a price, we tell you before it reaches your account.
How you are allowed to use it
You are responsible for who you contact and what you say to them. Every text, call and email that leaves your account is your message, not ours. So you follow the law that applies to texting and calling, you honor opt out requests, and you keep your own records of consent.
You agree not to upload a list you have no right to use. Buying or scraping contact data does not by itself give you the right to message it. You also agree not to use REI Pilot to harass anyone, to run a scam, to send spam, or to break carrier rules. If what you do through your account causes carrier violations or legal claims, that sits with you. Keep your login to yourself, because you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Text messages from REI Pilot
The section above is about the texts that leave your account. This one is about the few we might send to you.
If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your own account. That means things like a security code, a sign in alert, a failed payment, or a notice that something in your account needs you. We do not send you marketing texts, and we do not text you about other products.
How often depends on what happens in your account, so there is no set number of messages. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any of these and we stop texting that number. Reply HELP, or email support@goreipilot.com, if you need a hand. Stopping these texts does not close your account, does not stop email, and does not touch the texts you send to your own contacts from inside REI Pilot.
What we do with the number you give us is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Your data belongs to you
Your contacts, deals, notes, call records and messages are yours. We do not sell them, and we never use them to market to your sellers or buyers. You can export your data any time your account is open, and we give you a fair chance to export before an account closes. We own the software, and you get to use it while you are a paying customer.
REI Pilot is a tool, not advice
REI Pilot is software. It is not legal, tax, or real estate advice. Nobody at NerdTech AI is your broker, your attorney, or your accountant, and nothing in the app should be read that way. The numbers, comps and suggested next steps are estimates built from data we buy, so check them before you act on them. For anything that matters, talk to someone licensed to advise you.
No guarantee
We do not promise you deals, income, or any business result. What you get out of REI Pilot depends on your leads, your market, your offer and your follow through. We also cannot promise that every message is delivered, because phone carriers decide what arrives.
Services we rely on
REI Pilot runs on top of other companies: a payment processor, phone carriers, cloud hosting, property data providers, an electronic signature provider, and AI model providers. Each has its own terms, and we do not control their pricing or their outages. If one of them changes something that affects your account, we work with you on the best fix we have.
If we have to suspend an account
We can pause or close your account if a payment fails and stays unpaid after reasonable notice, or if the account is used in a way that breaks these terms or puts our carriers and other customers at risk. Where we can, we warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
What we owe you if something goes wrong
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost deals, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim connected to REI Pilot is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim came up. The app is provided as it is, with no warranties beyond what these terms say.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Kansas City, Missouri, and both sides agree to settle it there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we tell you before it takes effect. Using REI Pilot after that means you accept the updated terms.
